Ingredients:
Basmati Rice – 1 cup
Sliced onion – 1
Coconut milk – 2 cups
Cinnamon - 2 pieces
Green chillies – 3
Ginger-garlic paste – 2 tsp
Ghee – 2tsp
oil – 1tsp
Salt
Cashewnuts
Method:
Wash and drain the rice and keep it aside
Take the pressure cooker and heat it with ghee and oil
Add cinnamon sticks,slited green chillies and sliced onions.
Add ginger-garlic paste when the onion is cooked
Add rice to it and fry for 2 mins
Add coconut milk and salt,mix it well and close the lid.
Allow one whistle to blow and switch off the stove
Serve hot with chicken curry and garnish with cashewnuts.
